Hey Dennis,
Just wanted to drop a note to say thanks for recommending the Metabolic Assessment. It's been a big help in understanding my OWN metabolism instead grouping me into some "national averages" which were not correct for my body. I was surprised to find out that I needed to dial down my fitness level for parts of my exercise routine in order to achieve the results I wanted to (fat burning). I was also surprised to find out that I wasn't burning the calories I thought during a normal day which helped me adjust my diet and calorie intake so I get the successful results I am expecting in a few months! It takes the guess work right out of the equation. High tech stuff! Very satisfied with the results.

Weight Loss Testimony
Dennis is so awesome! He has helped me lose 30 pounds in a little over two months.
He has a broad understanding of the human anatomy and nutrition. I could really feel his concern for me is genuine and he has a way about him that makes you want to please him because you know he will hold you accountable in a gentle but serious way.
Take it from me, I never thought I would be a person concerned with losing weight. Or that I would be so successful at it when I tried. But Dennis has made it easy for me by providing me with the knowledge and tools I need to make it happen. If I can do it, anyone can do it.
The most important lesson Dennis taught me is: Eat to live-don't live to eat.
Thank-you Dennis- You rock!
